The SmartWater Group are an award-winning risk management company, using proprietary technology-based solutions to deliver material cost savings for clients operating nationally in the infrastructure, construction, vacant property and other sectors, across a range of security products and services. SmartTag is a product that is offered to the security industry to prevent, deter and detect incidents of abuse that security staff often are subject to.

One of the challenges SmartWater faces due to the nature of the business is that normally people don’t actually seek security solutions. Belonging to such a particular niche, it needed someone willing to take the time to understand what they are looking for and their particular needs.

We started by creating a video that effectively explained their product and its benefits for the security industry. By using a combination of location shooting and stock video, we produced a visual material that would resonate within their audience.

Our years of experience in social media marketing allowed us to produce a video that would serve both as an explainer video of their product and as a lead to brand awareness.  

After our first couple of projects with SmartWater, we were then commissioned to put together their E–learning content.
